Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party is my favorite hard-ticketed event at Walt Disney World. I’ve been waiting for them to announce 2018 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party dates, because it’s my must-do party every year. Also my favorite things about the party are back – like Mickey’s Boo-to-You Halloween Parade and the Sanderson Sisters with the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular! Here’s the info on party dates, tickets, and prices, and costume guidelines.
2018 Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Dates
When is Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween party? This year there are even August 2018 Halloween party dates, so they are really getting an early start! Halloween in August, anyone? I mean, I’m not sad about it, because Halloween is my favorite holiday. However, it’s going to be hot. I also noticed there is no November 1st party which is a little unusual. Here are the party dates for 2018!
August 17, 24, 28, 31
September 3, 7, 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 21, 23, 25, 28, 30
October 2, 4, 5, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 16, 18, 19, 21, 23, 25, 26, 28, 30, 31
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party Ticket Prices
Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party tickets in 2018 start at $75 in advance or $85 at the gate, if available. Those must be for the early dates. Last year they topped $100 a ticket for Halloween night. I checked prices in September, because that’s when I’m planning a trip.
On weekdays in September Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween prices were $75 a ticket and $79 a ticket on the weekends for adults. There were DVC and Annual Passholder discounts of $5 a ticket for September dates.
To purchase tickets for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party in 2018, please call (407) 939-1872. I’m hoping they add an online option to purchase tickets soon.
Can you buy Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween tickets online?
Right now, no. It’s still early, so hopefully Disney will add an online option by May. That’s a little frustrating for international guests, but Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween parties shouldn’t sell out for awhile, and that’s mostly Halloween night and the parties closest to Halloween. Also I read that some UK guest are using the Disney UK 0800 number and asking to be transferred to ticketing.
What to Expect at Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party
According to the Disney Parks Blog, returning favorites include the Hocus Pocus Villain Spelltacular, Mickey’s “Boo-to-You” Halloween Parade (the best!) and Happy HalloWishes fireworks. And of course, trick-or-treating! I hope they include a meet and greet with Moana this year, because Moana is so hard to meet at Disney World. Here is my Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween party review from last year. Costume Guidelines for Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party
Dressing up for the party is one of my favorite things. If you need ideas for adult costume ideas for the party, I’ve got you covered. It’s always way more to dress up. And if you’re looking for family costume ideas, then once again, you’ve got a friend in me. What can I say? Between Bus Stop costumes, running costumes, and Halloween, we like to dress up! Plus a lot are easy, DIY costume ideas.
