Disney has released pictures for the 2022 Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Races, and they’re something. Love them or hate them, at least they’ve done something different than previous years. With different themes like Coco, Raya and the Last Dragon, Soul, and Aladdin’s Genie, take a peek at the 2022 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend Medals.
2022 runDisney Wine & Dine 5K Medal
Not gonna lie, this one’s my favorite. Coco is my favorite Pixar movie, so I’m dead over this Miguel/Coco themed Wine & Dine 5K medal. I love the colors and a little bit of a spooky theme for the fall.

2022 Disney Wine & Dine 10K Medal
The 2022 Wine & Dine 10K medal has a Raya and the Last Dragon theme with Raya on one side and Sisu on the other side. Raya doesn’t often get much love, so I’m happy to see her on a medal, though it may have been a better fit for the 2023 Disney’s Princess Half Marathon Medals instead of the traditional princesses.

2022 Disney Wine & Dine Half Marathon Medal
The theme of the 2022 Wine & Dine Half Marathon is Pixar’s Soul! Again, happy to see a new character grace a medal for the runDisney races, but this one feels a little phoned in.
I love Joe Gardner and the musical notes, but it reminds me of those birthday cakes you order from the grocery store that just has an edible photo image on top. It’s like they took a stock photo and stamped it on a medal. Hopefully it’s better in person and the photos don’t do it justice. Because Joe deserves the best.

2022 runDisney Wine & Dine Two-Course Challenge Medal
If you’ve registered for the Two-Course Challenge (officially), which means you run the 10K and the Half Marathon, then you’ll get this fun Genie medal! Rub that lamp and get a surprise! You’ve earned it after 19.3 miles.
