Here’s when you can take a bathroom break during The Little Mermaid 2023 when you just can’t hold it.
- During any of the musical numbers or songs if musicals aren’t your thing
- When King Triton destroys Ariel’s treasures
- When Ariel gets her legs and is found on the boat (but go quick)
- When Ariel and Eric start their carriage ride together
- During Prince Eric’s solo song
For young kids, I’d recommend leaving during any of the scary parts or romantic/friendship parts. For the adults, during the songs if you aren’t into it, especially during The Scuttlebutt song. But kids will love that one.
You can also leave when Ariel first visits Ursula as that scene is pretty long, but Melissa McCarthy is great in it.
