Sam Wilson has inherited Captain America’s shield and mantle after the end of Avengers: Endgame. After the President is almost assassinated, men are being brainwashed, and a possible war looming he must find the evil mastermind.

- You can run to the bathroom during any of the fight scenes, except the last major fight. You’ll miss some action, but nothing essential to the plot.
- You can also pee when Sam and Joaquin are training with Isaiah at the gym.
- Another scene when you can run out is when Sam goes to the jail.
The second half of the movie picks up the pace more.
