Hello Dolly Cookie Bar Recipe
This layered-cookie bar recipe is easy and has several variations. We added pecans to a typical Magic Cookie Bar recipe, but you can also add different kinds of nuts or substitute a cup of chocolate chips with a cup of butterscotch chips. Every variation I’ve had is delicious!

Hello Dolly Cookie Bar Ingredients
1/2 cups unsalted sweet cream butter (melted) (1 stick)
1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 1/2 cups sweetened coconut flakes (shredded)
1 can sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
2 cups chocolate chips
1 1/2 cups pecans
Other Materials
13 x 9 in baking pan
Baking spray
Large bowl
Hello Dolly Cookie Bar Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Prep pan with baking spray.
In a large bowl add the melted butter and graham cracker crumbs. Mix until the graham cracker crumbs are moistened.
With your hands press this batter firmly into the bottom of the baking pan.
Start to layer the rest of the ingredients on top of the graham cracker crust. Add chocolate chips, then top the chocolate chips with the chopped pecans. Add the shredded coconut flakes on top of the pecans. Drizzle with the sweetened condensed milk.
Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until the coconut begins to go from white to a light golden brown.
Remove from the oven.
Set aside to cool completely.
Cut into bars.
