No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

This No-Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie with Oreo Crust is divine and really hits the spot when you’re craving that good ‘ol chocolate and peanut butter combination. Great for parties, dinners, when guests come over, and all the holidays! This delicious old-fashioned peanut butter pie will remind you of the one grandma used to make.

No-Bake Peanut Butter Pie Recipe

There are 3 major components to this peanut butter pie recipe – the oreo crust, the peanut butter filling, and the chocolate ganache. The combination of all of them are what give it such a great flavor!

Oreo Crust Ingredients

1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
 
¼ cup unsalted butter, melted

Peanut Butter Filling Ingredients

1 oz cream cheese, softened
 
1 cup creamy peanut butter
 
1 cup powdered sugar
 
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
 
¾ cup heavy whipping cream
 
1 – 9in pie dish

Chocolate Ganache

1 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
 
½ cup heavy whipping cream
 
¼ cup peanut butter
 
1 disposable piping bag
 
Whipped cream for topping

Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie Directions

Using a food processor or ziploc bag and rolling pin, grind up the Oreo cookies until crushed.
 
Mix in the melted butter.
 
Press the crust into the pie dish and place into the freezer.

Peanut Butter Filling Directions

Using a standing mixer, beat the cream cheese, peanut butter, powdered sugar, and vanilla until creamy and combined.
 
In a separate bowl,  using a hand mixer, whip the heavy whipped cream until stiff peaks are formed.
 
Fold the whipped cream into the powdered sugar.
 
Remove crust from freezer and pour the filling inside.
 
Spread the filling evenly in the crust.
 
Place back into the fridge overnight.

Chocolate Ganache Directions

Using a small pot, pour the heavy whipping cream and place over medium to high heat.
 
Once the heavy cream starts to simmer, pour over the chocolate chips and allow to sit for 2 minutes.
 
Whisk until smooth.
 
Gently pour over the peanut butter pie and smooth evenly.
 
Scoop the peanut butter into a small microwave dish and heat for 30 seconds to soften it.
 
Scoop the peanut butter into the disposable piping bag.
 
Cut the tip off and drizzle over the ganache.
 
Pipe whipped cream around the edge of the pie.
 
Cut and serve! Depending on how you cut the slices, you can get 12-16 servings. With the slices shown in the picture, you’ll get 8, but those are giant slices, and the peanut butter pie is rich. Don’t forget milk!
