Characters are seen smoking.

Is Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir The Movie Appropriate for Kids Under 8?

Although Miraculous: Ladybug & Cat Noir, The Movie does have some violence, it is kid friendly for kids ages 8 and up. If your kids have watched The Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir, then they will not have issues watching the movie.

If they haven’t watched the TV show, they don’t need to to understand what’s going on. This is an origin story for the characters. While many characters are stereotypical, I have kids who have loved these characters ranging from ages 6 to teenagers.

Although as an adult, I find some of the characters annoying. But my kids? This is one of their favorite shows, so it appeals to many. Get your Halloween costumes ready, because I expect a Ladybug and Cat Noir resurgence.
