How is everyone’s training in the North Mountain going for the runDisney Frozen Summer Virtual 5k Series? Since I live in Florida, I had to dress up like Olaf for one of my 5ks to channel the colder weather in my mind.
I’m a huge fan of runDisney races, so I’m so thankful there’s the opportunity for families to run together if they can’t make it to Walt Disney World for an in-person race. Enter the Virtual 5k series!
After registering for the Challenge which includes 5ks you run at your own time and your own pace, you’ll then receive another extra medal!
I prefer to run my races on the road versus a treadmill, but I was tempted to treadmill it during the hot days. You still have a few days to complete your races, so no worries, just get those magical miles in!
