In Gladiator II, we see Paul Mescal as Lucius. The Romans have conquered his home of Numidia, and he is taken as a slave but later becomes a gladiator to earn his freedom and take revenge on Marcus Acacius.

- If you drank too much during the previews, you can use the bathroom during the first major battle scene when the Romans invade Numidia starts. Once it really gets going I wouldn’t leave, because you’ll miss something important.
- Another good time to use the bathroom is when Macrinus (Denzel Washington) brings Lucius to fight a man in front of the emperors after his first battle in the Colosseum.
- You can also pee during the battles in the Colosseum. You may miss a death or 25, but you’ll also miss some of stabbings, beheadings, and carnage. It depends on if that’s your vibe or not. I recommend going right when the battle with the ships begins towards the end of the film.
